All Members of the organization will be able to initiate their background screening from their mobile and tablet devices

Members pay for their own background screens, or the organization can receive a monthly invoice. There are no hidden setup fees or additional costs for software development.
With the Optimum system we will setup payment delivery based on the organization’s needs. The member can pay for their own background screen via credit card, or the organization can be invoiced. Additionally, the organization can subsidize a portion of the background screen’s cost.

OUR STORY
The leadership and experience of Optimum begins with it’s leader, 2008 Greco – Roman wrestling team captain TC Dantzler. TC boasts 20 years of background screening and human resource industry experience, and he has served as CEO of TC logiQ, Inc. for over 20 years. In the early 2000’s, TC implemented background screening to the largest telecom in world call centers across the United States. Additionally, he created the technology for processing background-screening reports on a larger scale to cater to the non-for profit and volunteer sector. TC is regarded as an expert in the industry, as it pertains to implementation and facilitating processes in the volunteer and nonprofit background screening industry.
Background screening protocols were first introduced to the United States Olympic Committee (USOC) volunteer sector in 2005 to the USA Swimming team by TC Dantzler. These protocols are often reproduced by competitors as a complement to his futuristic genius.
